The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the noncompliance of the order dated 22.03.2018 passed in WPS No. 2519 of 2018. 2.

The directions given by this Court to the respondents in WPS No. 2519 of 2018 was to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of regularization.

The respondents have on notice entered appearance before this Court and filed the response and also brought on record a document whereby the petitioner has been shown to have been regularized in service vide order dated 05.03.2019.

In view of the fact that the respondents have already taken a decision for grant of regularization to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the substantial compliance of the order of this Court stands complied with. 5.

Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved of any order or he has some other claim to be redressed from the respondents, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Court for an appropriate direction afresh. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
