By this criminal revision, the petitioner impugns the judgment dated 10.10.2014 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Sakti, Distt.JanjgirChampa in Criminal Appeal No.60/2014. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that as per report of the jail, the applicant has already served out the jail sentence and released from jail on 18.12.2014 and as such, this criminal revision has become infructuous. 3.

Learned State counsel would affirm the same.

Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
