By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.01.2017 passed by respondent No.4 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Saja whereby his service has been terminated the under Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the present petition on similar terms as has been passed in WPS No. 601/2017 decided on 06.02.2017.

Not opposed by learned counsel for the State. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition also stands disposed of in similar terms. The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, Bemetara. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner, the said authority shall consider and decide the same under Rule 7 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 after hearing all the parties. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
