1. The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by his transfer order dated 14.8.2017 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Veterinary Hospital, Bilha to Veterinary Hospital, Belgahana, Block -Kota.

2. Taking into considering the fact that it is a transfer matter, this petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authority by moving appropriate representation ventilating his grievances raised in this petition.

3. If the petitioner files suitable representation, the respondent authority shall decide the same in accordance with law.
