The dispute raised by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is of non-granting interest on G.P.F. at par with what has been paid to the Government Employees.

The counsel for the parties fairly submit that, the issue involved in the case stands squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in two of the Writ Petitions decided on 04/08/2017 i.e. in WPS No. 3458/2007 and WPS No. 4640/1999.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the parties, the present Writ Petition also deserves to be and is accordingly allowed in

terms of the order passed by this Court in the afore mentioned two Writ Petitions decided on 04/08/2017.

Let a copy of the judgment passed in the said two Writ Petitions be also made part of the record of this Writ Petition. 5.
