Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to prefer an appeal against the order dated 14/12/2015 before the Collector, Balod within a period of 15 days from today.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the petitioner prefers an appeal within 15 days from today before the Collector, Balod, the Collector, Balod would do well to decide the appeal in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of presentation of appeal.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed of.
