1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 232/2017 registered at Police Station D.D. Nagar, Raipur (Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar Police Station), Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined before the trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
