1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.141/2015, registered at Police Out Post Bundeli, Police Station Tendukona, Distt. Mahasamund, for the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 306 of the IPC.
2. After arguing for fairly long time when the Court was about to pass order on merit, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the bail application.
