Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the award passed by the competent authority dated 16.05.2016, the petitioner has already approached the Arbitral Tribunal constituted under the National Highways Authority Act, 1956, but the same is pending consideration since April, 2017 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's case expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
