Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners submits that time limit fixed for compliance of order dated 6.1.2016 in Writ Petition (C) No.2188 of 2015 be extended by another 12 weeks.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 has opposed the application submitting that it relates to a contract matter and there is always an urgency in such matters for an early decision especially with regard to eligibility of a bidder. 4.
