Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, a wrong petition under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. has been filed; therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a revision before this Hon'ble Court.

In view of the above submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
