This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.98/2015, registered at Police Station-Tumla, District-Jashpur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 354B, 323 & 376 of the IPC and Sections 7 & 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, nature & gravity of the offence and the manner in which school going girl aged about 17 years has been subjected to sexual intercourse by the applicant, I do not find any ground for grant of bail to the applicant. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
