This is an application for correction of order dated 4.1.2016 passed in WP (S) No.4999 of 2015.

In third line of paragraph 1 of the order impugned, erroneously respondent No.4 has been typed, whereas it should have been respondent No.3, same be read as "respondent No.3" and in second line of paragraph 3, erroneously respondent No.4 has been typed, whereas it should have been respondent No.2, same be read as "respondent No.2". Remaining order is intact.

In view of above, M.C.C. stands disposed of.
