1. The challenge made in this writ petition is to the order dated 30th December, 2020 whereby the permit was granted to respondent no.4.

2. Since the challenge in this petition is to grant permit, the petitioner may avail remedy of revision before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal u/s 90 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 against the order of the State Transport Authority. As stated, the State Transport Appellate Tribunal is functional, therefore, the petitioner may avail remedy as provided under the law. In respect of delay, the petitioner may also file application to condone the delay as the period of 30 days

has expired.

3. The registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.

4. With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
