Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 19/1/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2 Municipal Corporation would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by a common order passed by this Court on 08.08.2012 in WPC No.6274/2011 (Shakti Grih Nirman Sahkari Samiti Maryadit Vs. The State of Chattisgarh and another) and two other connected matters.
