Given the fact that another writ petition for a similar nature of relief is already pending in WPS No. 3267/2010, the present writ petition for the same relief would not be sustainable. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable reserving the right of the petitioner to take all the grounds available to him in the said writ petition and if necessary appropriate amendment to the pleadings of that writ petition can also be made.
