1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is working as Assistant Grade-II in the office of Integrated Child Development Project, Chandragara, Bhaiyathan, District Surajpur where from he has been transferred to the office of Integrated Child Development Project, Duldula, District Jashpur. She would further submit that the petitioner is going to retire in

the year 2022 and further though the petitioner was transferred on 21.08.2019 but till date he has not been relieved for the reason that no reliever has been appointed and as per the transfer policy unless the reliever is handed over the charge, the petitioner cannot be relieved. She would further submit that considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner may be allowed to make representation as he is at the fag end of his service, therefore, he may not be transferred to the other place.

Considering the fact of this case, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation before the respondent No.1 within a period of 15 days from today and on such representation being filed, the said respondent in turn shall decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Till the representation is decided the status quo in respect of the placement of the petitioner, as exists today, shall be maintained.
