1. The present writ petition was filed being aggrieved with the action of the respondents in reserving two posts of Deputy Director under the respondents for scheduled tribe candidates.
2. The present writ petition was filed as early as on 29.11.2007 i.e. about 11 years back. The petitioner at that point of time was aged about 57 years. By efflux of time the petitioner has crossed the age
of superannuation and the relief sought for, as on date, is of no consequence to the petitioner.
3. Given the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition in fact by efflux of time rendered infructuous and the same accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Khatai
