The claim of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is for grant of compassionate appointment.

The record show that, the date of death of the deceased employee i.e. the father of the petitioner is 09/12/2018 i.e. just about 2 months time. 3.

After the death of deceased employee, the petitioner has for the first time moved an application on 25/01/2019.

Thus, not even 30 days have passed from the date of application being filed by the petitioner before which the instant Writ Petition has been filed.

This Court has no hesitation in holding that, the present Writ Petition is too pre-mature at this stage.

Given the fact that it is only about 20 days time has lapsed from the date the petitioner has moved an application, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off holding it premature. Expecting the respondents to take a decision on the application at the earliest in accordance with the policy governing the field and reserving the right of the petitioner to approach this Court in case if the respondents did not take a decision within a reasonable time.
