This petition has been filed for restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 786/2017, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 05.02.2018 when no body has chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioner.

After going through reasons mentioned in the application which is supported by an affidavit of the petitioner, I am satisfied that the petitioner is able to explain sufficient reasons for non-appearance of his counsel on 05.02.2018.
