1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is owner of a land bearing Kh. No. 567 admeasuring 1.5500 hec and proportionate paddy was being sold in the earlier years. He would further submit that in the recent year wrong entry was made in the

website by Respondent No. 2 and the area of the petitioner's land was reduced to 0.7690 hec. He would further submit that because of the wrong entry the petitioner could not sell his paddy and therefore he has made a representation to SDO, Bilaspur and thereafter on enquiry by letter dated 28.01.2021 Annexure P-6 which was followed by letter of Food Controller addressed to Respondent No. 2 direction were issued to correct the area of the petitioner's land as it was found that the area held by the petitioner was wrongly entered as 0.7690 hec therefore he prays that the respondents may be directed to comply the letter Annexure P-6 & P-7.

2. Learned State counsel do not oppose the argument.

3. Considering the facts that because of the wrong entry the petitioner could not sell the paddy which stand corrected by letter of Collector dated 28.01.2021 followed by the letter of Food Collector. Respondent No. 2, it is directed to take into account the letter dated Annexure P-6 and Annexure P-7 and act accordingly to correct the area so that the paddy can be sold proportionately. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
