1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for deciding the representation, as prayed for grant of issuance of Free Hold Certificate for the plots bearing No. A-55 and A-63, measuring area 864.5 and 865.5 sq. meters respectively.

2. The said request is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off directing the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner for the

-2aforementioned case at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
