Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 13/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a complaint made by the petitioner against the respondent No.7 is
pending consideration before respondent No.6 with regard to the forge caste certificate, against which this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make application before respondent No.6 for urgent hearing of the said complaint. If such application is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.6, in that event respondent No.6 shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of filing of such application.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
