This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.369/2014, registered at Police Chowki Silyari Police Station Dharsinwa District Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of I.P.C. And Sections 4, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

This second bail application is dismissed. However, applicant is at liberty to repeat bail application as directed by this Court vide order dated 07/09/2015.
