(1) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach before respondent No. 4- Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Pondi Dalha along with copy of the order dated 24.02.2015 passed the Family Court, Janjgir Champa for redressal of his grievances.

(2) Accordingly, the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 4- Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Pondi Dalha along with copy of the order dated 24.02.2015 passed the Family Court, Janjgir Champa for redressal of his grievances and in turn the said Authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.
