1. The case of the petitioner is that, though he has an order from the respondent No.1 directing him to be taken back in service and having been granted posting at Sarangarh, District Raigarh, the respondent No.2 is not complying with the said directives given by the respondent No.1.

2. The petitioner, along with the writ petition, has enclosed with Annexure P/1 dated 30.08.2018 as also an order dated 09.01.2019.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending, rather ends of justice would be served if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to take a prompt decision in the light of the two orders passed by the respondent No.1 dated 30.08.2018 and 09.01.2019. Let this exercise be completed by the respondent No.2 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

4. In case, if the respondent No.2 has any sort of difficulty or hesitation in complying with the order, he should immediately make necessary correspondence with the respondent No.1 in this regard.
