passed by this Court, applicant's writ petition was dismissed by the office vide order note dated 27/02/2015.

Considering the grounds taken in the restoration application and submission made by the applicant, M.C.C. No. 221/2015 is allowed and W.P. No. 3332/1999, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court order dated 12/02/2015 is restored to its original number subject to filing of paperbook within a week from today. 5.
