(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.159/2014 registered at Police Station Mohan Nagar, District Durg for the offence punishable under Section 153-A of Indian Penal Code.

(3) First bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 11.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.583/2015. (4) Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter is fixed for final hearing, therefore, instant bail application be disposed of. (5) Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as the criminal case itself is fixed for final hearing.
