With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

Petitioner has assailed the legality and validity of the order of suspension and the order passed by the Collector, Surguja on 30/08/2011 directing

the CEO of the concerned Janpad Panchayat to lodge FIR, terminating the services of the petitioner and suspend him. 3.

It is informed that the challenge to the order of suspension has been rendered infructuous and the petitioner has already been reinstated, however, a departmental inquiry has been initiated against the petitioner. 4.

The other order under challenge is the order passed by the Collector on 30-8-2011. This order is similar to an order dated 5-2-2011 passed by the same Collector, which was subject matter of a batch of writ petitions in the matter of Saroj Kushwaha & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others, W.P.(S) No. 934/2010 and Ku. Nilam Minz and Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others, W.P.(S) 1185/2010 and other connected matters decided on 25/10/2013.

In view of the above, the present writ petition in so far as it pertains to challenge to the order of the Collector dated 30/08/2011, is disposed of in terms of order passed in the matter of Saroj Kushwaha (supra) and Nilam Minz (supra). A copy of the same be kept in the record of present writ petition.
