1. I.A. No.1, this is an application for condonation of delay in filing the review petition, is allowed and delay is condoned.

2. This review petition has been preferred for extension of time limit for submission of representation which was allowed in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 29-6-15 in WPS No.2172/2013. On due consideration the time allowed for preferring the representation is extended for further period of three weeks from today. The respondents shall decide the representation within a period of four months from the date of submission of representation.
