Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 13/02/2019 1.

The challenge in the instant Writ Petition is to the order of dismissal from service dated 05/10/2018 passed by the respondent No.3. 2.

It appears that instead of challenging the same before the Appellate Authority if any and also without availing statutory alternative remedy available under Section 55 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Society Act, the petitioner has filed the instant Writ Petition before this High Court.

3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the opinion that, at this stage, the Writ Petition may not be sustainable. 4.

Thus, reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other remedies available under the statute, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
