1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction that various proceedings in respect of the land belonging to the petitioner are pending before the Tahsildar without there being any decision.
3. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, while re-numbering the Khasra No. 1075 and 1076 in village Ghoghra, the area of of the land has been reduced. The petitioner moved an application for correction and those proceedings have remained pending since 2014. Further submission is that a demarcation proceeding pursuant to objection raised by the villagers is also pending before the same officer since 2016.
4. It appears that various revenue proceedings are pending before the Tahsildar and Tahsildar is expected to decide the matter as early as possible. Direction is issued to the Tahsildar to decide the case of the petitioner, as early as possible and preferably within a period of four months. The petition is disposed off.
