O R D E R

(Passed on 09th September, 2017) 1.

Learned State counsel submits that they will not press upon the impugned transfer order dated 30.07.2016 (Annexure P-2) so far as it relates to the petitioner who is at Serial No.5.

In view of the above statement, it appears that the relief as has been sought by the petitioner, has been granted by the State. Therefore, the impugned transfer order dated 30.07.2016 (Annexure P-2) so far as it relates to the petitioner stands quashed. Consequently, the order Annexure P-1 dt. 02.11.2016 whereby the petitioner's representation was rejected, has become infructuous. 3.

However, the State shall be at liberty to pass a fresh order, if they so desire. 4.
