1. The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 27.01.2020 passed in MCRC No. 7926/2019 with regard to the name of the counsel for the applicant.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in MCRC 7926/2019, name of Mr. Pallav Mishra has been mentioned as counsel for the applicant whereas it should have been the name of Mr. Satya Prakash Verma.

3. I have gone through the impugned order and perused the record available in MRCR No. 7926/2019.

4. From the perusal of bail application and record, it appears that the name of Mr. Satya Prakash Verma should have been mentioned as counsel for the applicant instead of the name of Mr. Pallav Mishra. Thus, the error with regard to the name

of the counsel on behalf of applicant apparent on the fact of the record which needs to be rectified.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the name of counsel for applicant be read as "Mr. Satya Prakash Verma" instead of "Mr. Pallav Mishra."

6. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with MCRC No. 7926/2019.

7. With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of. Sd/- (Rajani Dubey) Judge Vijay Sahu
