Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 16/02/2016 Heard on prayer for extension on an application for grant of sanction of lay out filed on 07.11.2013, time was granted by this Court on 29.09.2015 to take decision within four months. A prayer for extension has been made by the State counsel. The prayer for extension is objected to.
However, upon due consideration of the totality of the circumstances, I deem it expedient to finally grant further time of two
months to take decision in the matter as directed earlier by this Court failing which the consequences shall ensure.
Further extension may not be granted as a matter of routine. MCC is accordingly disposed off.
