Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/05/2017 Heard.
1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that father of the petitioners namely Manjhiram Sahare is the brother of Kailash Sahare & father of Pramendra Sahare whose petition has earlier been disposed off vide order dated 25.2.2016 passed in WPC No.28 of 2016, therefore, the petitioners are also entitled to similar consideration as the petitioners and Pramenda Sahare are cousins being lineal descendants of the common ancestor of the same family.
-22. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the State was granted a week's time to verify and make submission.
Today, learned State counsel submits that the petitioners' petition may also be disposed off on similar direction as contained in the case of Pramendra Sahare.
3. In view of the above, the claim of the petitioners be also considered on the similar lines as that of Pramenda Sahare, as per order dated 25.2.2016 treating them to be members of the same family and similar order be passed as in the case of Pramendra Sahare.
