Agrawal Order on Board /0 3 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, at the outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with a prayer that the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

(3) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
