1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent authority places before this Court a copy of the order dated 07.04.2017 by which, the respondents have extended the period for completion of constructions for a period of six months.

2. In view of the said disclosure and the order dated 07.04.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press this petition, at this stage and the petition may be disposed off accordingly.
