Shri Anant Bajpai, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 26/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 34 of 2016 registered at Police Station Bango, District Korba (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376 & 506-B of IPC. 2.

Having seen the contents of the FIR and the statement of the prosecutrix under Sections 161 & 164 of CrPC, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail as there is direct allegation against the applicant in respect of commission of forcible sexual intercourse. 3.
