3. In view of the disclosure that the victim has already approached this Court by filling Acquittal appeal No. 64 of 2018, facts with this case, we are inclined to condone the delay and grant of leave to appeal to the State also.

4. Let the appeal filed by the State be registered as Acquittal Appeal and be listed for hearing along with ACQA No. 64 of 2018. CRMP is accordingly disposed off.
