Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent submits that while the Petitioner challenged the award of the Labour Court reinstating the Respondent, simultaneously, during the pendency of the same, suo motu they have regularised him by order dated 3.9.2008 in which his name figures at Serial No.7. He therefore submits that the writ application has become infructuous.
