1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this anticipatory bail application on the submission that the applicant is willing to surrender and cooperate with the investigation. He submits that as the case of the applicant is that he is being falsely involved on the basis of some memorandum of coaccused, the Court below may be directed to consider the regular bail application of the applicant on the same day.
2. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
