19.02.2021 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 05.02.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No. 369 of 2021.

Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, in the cause title of the writ petition, the address of petitioner had been wrongly typed as "Deori, District Balod" whereas it ought to have been "Raipur-1, District Raipur". Similarly, the address of the respondent no.3 should have been

"Raipur, District Raipur" in stead of Balod, District Balod. Counsel for the applicant submits that it is otherwise a clerical error at the time of filing of the writ petition and therefore, the present MCC has been filed for necessary correction.

The limited modification as sought for is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 05.02.2021 passed in WPS No. 369 of 2021 stands modified to the extant that in the cause title, the address of the petitioner now shall be read as " Integrated Child Development Project, Raipur-1, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh" in stead of Integrated Child Development Project, Deori, District Balod, Chhattisgarh. Likewise, the address of respondent no.3 shall be read as " Women and Child Development Department, Raipur, District Raipur" in stead of Women and Child Development Department, Balod, District Balod, Chhattisgarh. The applicant is further directed to carryout the amendment in the original writ petition also. The Additional Registrar (J) is directed to ensure that the permission is granted to the applicant to carry out the necessary amendment.

Let a copy of the order passed in the present MCC be made part of WPS No. 369 of 2021 .
