1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 23.12.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Civil Hospital, Kharsia, District Raigarh to Community Health Center, Kapu, Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh.

2. On a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner he accepts that the petitioner has been posted at the present place since 2016 and as such he has by now put in more than 4 years service at the present

place of posting.

3. Given the period of service that the petitioner has rendered at the present place of posting, this Court does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order or transfer.

4. The wit petition thus being devoid of merits deserves to be and is accordingly rejected.
