After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the parties, would not dispute that the matter in issue regarding applicability of the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to a work contract as defined under Chhattisgarh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, 1983 (in short "the Adhiniyam, 1983"), is squarely covered by the common order dated 22.03.2016 passed by this Court in Arbitration Application No.07 of 2015 (M/s. Lal Babu Singh Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and another) and other connected Arbitration Applications.

3. In view of the above, the present Arbitration Applications also deserve to be and are hereby dismissed, as not maintainable. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicants to move before Arbitration Tribunal under the provisions of the Adhiniyam, 1983.
