This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.4/2015, registered at Police Station-Saraswati Nagar, Raipur, District-Raipur (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the IPC.

Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case, nature & gravity of the offence, the manner in which motor-cycle owned by the complainant was stolen by the applicant on 30.12.2014 and subsequent recovery, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
