Given the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition and also considering the nature of appointment of the petitioner and the personal difficulties that the petitioner faced during the previous year, in the opinion of this court the present writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to raise a detailed representation in respect of his grievances before the Mission Director and on such representation being made the Mission Director should consider and decide the same sympathetically within a period of 60 days.
