Hon'ble Shri Justice Chandra Bhushan Bajpai Order On Board 10.5.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of communication dated 05.11.2015 of Seventh Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur that the matter impugned i.e. Criminal Case No.8951/14 (State vs. Mithlesh) is listed on 20.11.2015 before Special Railway Magistrate, Bilaspur for arguments before charge, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach this Court again after framing of the charges as mentioned.
