The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the action of the authorities in laying overhead electric lines for installation of tower on the agricultural land of the petitioner.

It is submitted that pursuant to the notice issued by the Collector offering payment of compensation, the petitioner has raised objection, which has not been decided till date and the respondent No.5 proceeding towards installation

of tower.

Let objection of the petitioner be decided by the Collector within a period of 30 days in accordance with the provisions contained in the matter of award of compensation.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
