(1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Raipur, against which he made representation to the respondents authorities on 29.01.2016 but the same has not been considered and decided till now as the petitioner has been transferred in mid session within one year from his joining on his present place of posting and, therefore, the same may be directed to decided expeditiously.
(2) On the other hand, Shri Prakash Tiwari, Advocate on behalf
of respondents on advance copy would submit that the pending representation of the petitioner would be decided within a period of three weeks from today.
(3) Be that as it may, respondents authorities are directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(4) For the period of three weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
